What's the other stuff you see in the gallery? It's called grip equipment and professional photographers use it on shoots. The individual grip stands are used to hold up the silver show cards that add light to the mannequins. The black bags that stabilize the stands are called sandbags. At the rear of the gallery, mounted on two large stands, is a butterfly. On a working set, a butterfly is often used to soften sunlight. Here it doubles as a backdrop. Above your heads, on the lights, are pieces of blackwrap, used to create snoots which target the light unto the mannequins.
